These terms apply to all purchases made at montude.com. Consumer purchases are additionally governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), which cannot be waived to the consumer's disadvantage.
We sell wristwatches and watch straps. All prices are shown in NOK. For delivery within Norway, prices include 25% Norwegian VAT. For delivery outside Norway, prices exclude Norwegian VAT; local import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient (DAP). The total price, including shipping, is always shown in the checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment is processed securely by Dintero AS. Available payment methods (such as card and Vipps) are shown at checkout. Your payment is only reserved (authorized) when you place the order. The amount is captured (charged) when your order is shipped. If an order is cancelled before shipping, the reservation is released and you are never charged.
Orders are dispatched from Oslo, Norway, within 1–3 business days. Shipping is with Bring, always with tracking. You receive the tracking number when your order ships. Expected delivery after dispatch:
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary with customs handling for deliveries outside Norway.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act. To use it, notify us at info@montude.com within the deadline — you may use the standard withdrawal form from Forbrukertilsynet, but any clear statement is sufficient.
Return the item unused, in its original packaging and condition, to the return address in section 8. You cover the cost of the return shipment. We refund the full purchase amount, including original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or documentation that it has been sent). You are liable for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine it.
If a product is defective, you may complain in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. For watches, which are intended to last considerably longer than two years, the complaint period is five years in Norway. Contact info@montude.com describing the defect, and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law. This does not limit any statutory rights in your country of residence.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You receive an order receipt from our payment provider when the order is placed. If an item is sold out or a pricing error has occurred, we will contact you and cancel the reservation — you are then never charged.
